Break Tone

The famous snack brand Kit Kat has made an odd adaptation of its slogan 'Gimme a break' by transforming it into a mobile app, Break Tone, a simple tool you can use to simulate a phone call anytime you want.

The way it works is super simple: just press the big red button in the main window, whereupon a countdown will begin and the phone screen will automatically darken so nobody can see you just touched it.

When the countdown ends, the app will simulate a phone call using an incoming call image and ringtone. To make it stop all you have to do is touch the screen. So now if you're in a meeting with your work team or just need to take a break from a family dinner, all you have to do is use Break Tone and you'll have a good excuse to step away. No one will ever suspect your fake call.
